Today is February 29 and it’s a bonus day for everyone! (2012 is a leap year) but a part of this, today Microsoft has unleashed the Windows 8 Consumer Preview at Mobile World Congress event.
Its second official Windows 8 release followed by Developer Preview at BUILD conference last year in Anaheim, California. Windows 8 is totally a new approach to Windows stack, bringing new Start Screen, Internet Explorer 10, SkyDrive integration, DirectAccess, Windows To Go, Client Hyper-V and much more.
The public beta of Windows 8 aka Windows 8 Consumer Preview is live now and available in both x86 and x64 variants. You can grab your copy from the link given below:
