Windows Vista users were unable to open the help files(.hlp) that require the Windows Help (winhlp32.exe), until they got Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe) for Windows Vista.
Actually Microsoft decided to no longer include in WinHlp32.exe as a component of the Windows, because it does not meet standards for all new Microsoft programs. But Microsoft realized that users still need WinHlp32.exe to open Help files of older applications.
Therefore, Microsoft is making WinHlp32.exe available. WinHlp32.exe is required to display 32-bit Help files that have the .hlp file name extension. Download and install correct version of this update.
